Dr. Ruth D’Souza
Dr. Ruth is the Managing Director of INTEGREAT PEOPLE and a much sought after performance trainer reputed for her practical, implementation oriented approach and her ability to bring about a transformation in the knowledge, skills and mindsets of teams. She designs and delivers interventions that sharpen the execution skills of sales and marketing teams and builds their capabilities in strategy execution, leadership development, marketing execution and sales execution.
With 3 decades of rich experience in Strategy Consulting and People Development, she has successfully delivered challenging assignments for Multinational and National companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG and industrial products companies.
A certified management consultant (CMC), an advocate for ethical leadership, an avid researcher and writer, Dr. Ruth has also pioneered the concept of medical education for Physicians in India through ‘Physician’s Digest’ launched in the early nineties. During the last 15 years, Dr. Ruth has worked extensively to develop values-based leaders in all industries and holds a doctorate in Values-based leadership development.
Apart from writing regularly on leadership and management issues, she has contributed her insights to a book on marketing of functional foods titled – ‘Innovation of Healthy and Functional Foods’ published by CRC Press (2013).
Dr. D’Souza is also the former Director of Sampoorna Empowerment Foundation. She is actively involved in volunteer work, leading the transformational leadership development institute “Power to Lead’. She has also been visiting faculty for Mumbai University.
